BIG BBQ FESTIVAL
Born from the Love of BBQ , the BIG BBQ festival is going to become the yearly ritual for all things Q. If you think you have what it takes to be the best pitmaster, we want you to bring it on ! Michigan’s Big BBQ Festival will feature a KCBS Professional Contest, KCBS Backyard Contest, & Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) Contest! Entry forms available under the Competition Tab above.

If you think you have what it takes to enter your BBQ into one of the most prestigious competitions in the country we need you to register now! Invited chefs and teams will have the chance to show off their best BBQ in a all out 2 day war for the title. ALLIANCE beverages will be on site to make sure nobody runs out of ice cold beer.
